Roy Thomas, Jr.

Roy Thomas Jr, 80, of Asheville NC passed away peacefully on Nov. 10th, 2022, after a brief illness. Roy was born in Union SC on February 27th, 1942, to his mother Nellie and father Roy Thomas Sr. After Roy graduated from Stephen's Lee High School, he worked for 6yrs as a salesman for Ivey’s Department Store. Roy then worked and retired from Ball Brothers after over 20 years of employment. Roy enjoyed fishing, going to the movies, walking, and sitting on the porch watching people go by.

Roy was predeceased by his parents and 1 brother.  He is survived by his nephew Andre Thomas and special friend and caregiver Dottie Mills both from Asheville NC.

As per Roy's request, no funeral or memorial services will be held.
