Miracle LaChay Eugenia Williams was born September 6, 1997, to Conita Whitmire and the late Gary Williams in Asheville. She departed this life on September 4, 2021.
Miracle attended Erwin High School where she was able to gain lifelong experiences and friendships. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Majesty Williams and Nova Cox who brought joy and love to her life.
Miracle was influenced and encouraged by her Godmother Kayce Lewis, who cared for her and allowed her to stay with her for various durations as a child. Godmother Lewis continued to keep her covered in prayer throughout her life which was filled with many friends and much laughter. She enjoyed spending time with those friends, traveling, and meeting new people.
Miracle sought and worked in places that allowed her to serve those who needed a kind word and encouragement. She also spent time helping incarcerated mothers with children by providing them support and encouragement, and she was also a supporter and advocate for Living Waters Ministries’ Senior Recognition Christmas Program.
Also preceding her in death was her sister Monique Harrison, grandfathers Robert Davis and James Suggs, grandmother Alberta Weston, and her cousin/brother, Keithan D. Whitmire, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory other than her loving mother, step-father Kelseion Smith, G-mama Luella Whitmire, grandmother Joyce Peak Johnson (Willie), brothers Desmond Whitmire, Devon Whitmire, and Tevon Whitmire, stepbrother Gary Williams, Jr., sister Ma’kayla Harrison, nephew Keivon Whitmire, special friend Dontavious Cox, aunts Terry Bellamy (Lamont), and Terri Lynch, both of Asheville, and Bebe Seward (Lamont) of Cookeville, TN, and uncles Kendrick Johnson (Tasha Watkins), Dana Campbell (LaVette), and Keithan Whitmire all of Asheville. She also leaves a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends to honor her life and legacy.
