Linda Dale Robinson, age 71, departed this life on August 18, 2022. She was born to the late Robert “Snake” Robinson and the late Lillian Bryson Robinson. Mama Linda as she was referred to by family and friends never failed to capture the hearts of everyone who knew her. She charmed many with her quick wit and kindness, and she never met a stranger. Mama Linda was a loving caregiver to her late mother and adored her children and grandchildren.

Other than her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sisters Robin “Cookie” Robinson and Leilani Collins, sister-in-law Delores Robinson, and nephew Curtis Porter.

She is survived by her 5 children, Tara Robinson (Cecil), Lamont Robinson (Crystal), Tammy Robinson (Kenneth), Lynette Robinson Jackson (Lance), and Richard Robinson. In addition to her children, Linda is survived by her brother Robert Robinson Jr., sisters Patricia and Beverly Robinson of Asheville, grandchildren John Guillebeaux III (Melinda), Kirbie Guillebeaux (Marcus), Alan Lytle (Jordan), Ashli Reid (James), Robbynn Crowder (Brandall), JzaTia Wade, Michael Anderson Jr, Cecilia Dillingham, Richard Robinson Jr., Mackenzie Robinson, Zoey Jackson, Karter and Bri Robinson, great-grandchildren John Guillebeaux IV, Mia Austin, Jaden Guillebeaux, Jacob Burt, Malachi Crowder, Ja’siyan Williams, Malani Crowder, and Olivia Lytle, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, special friend Teketha Damon, and in-laws Philip Ashley and Reverend Robbie Williams. 

A Celebration of Life Service to honor Ms. Linda Dale Robinson will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Wordwide Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church (85 Choctaw) at 1pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Linda will be laid to rest immediately following the service at Sunset Cemetery.
