Kywanna Shante - Nicole Abraham

Kywanna Shante - Nicole Abraham was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She departed this life on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at her home.

Kywanna resided in Asheville for 5 years, where she attended Greater Works Church of GOD in CHRIST. She was a graduate of Garinger High School in Charlotte, NC, and she proudly served in the US Army for a brief period of time. Kywanna also attended online classes at AB – Tech, where it was her desire to become a Peer Support Specialist.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother Carla Howze of Charlotte, father Ronald Abraham (Lorraine) of Asheville, sons Rashad Abraham of High Point, and Samuel Abraham of Charlotte, daughter Kywanna Nicole Abraham of Asheville, brothers Ronald Abraham, Jr., of Charlotte, Orenthal Jamal Abraham (Amy) of Lancaster, SC, and Brandon Abraham of Virginia Beach, VA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Funeral Service to honor the life of Kywanna will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at Greater Works Church (25 Forsythe St.), at 2 pm. She will lie in state one hour prior to the service. The service will be live streamed on Avery's Memorial Chapel's Facebook page.
