Ke’Von “Man Man” Ailes was born on December 27th, 1994 to Demetria Ailes and Jeff Hyatt. He was better known as “Man Man,” and attended Asheville City Schools. He cherished his son Cole, enjoyed sports, working on cars, and found joy in providing food for the homeless community. Ke’Von would lighten up a room with his big smile and funny sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother Sally Gaines and paternal grandfather Jeffery Ginyard.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother Demetria Ailes (David Johnson), father Jeff Hyatt, son Cole Marlee King, sisters Nyasha Ailes, Jaliyah Nelson, Ja’miya Nelson, paternal grandmother Charlesetta Hyatt, maternal grandmother Cynthia Hunter, maternal grandfather Charles Ailes, great-grandparents Ruth Ann Ailes and Jean (Amanuel Lytle), aunt Charlotta Hunter, uncle Damarius Maewether, family friend John Paul Nelson, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Services for Man Man will be held Friday July 3rd at 2pm, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church located at 47 Eagle St. Burial will immediately follow the funeral at Violet Hill Cemetery. Viewing will be on Thursday July 2nd from 12pm to 7pm at Avery's Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be streamed live on the Avery's Memorial Chapel Facebook page.
