James Woodrow Wright, Sr., went home to be with our LORD on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

A Funeral Service to honor the life of James will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Community Baptist Church (103 Burton St.), at 1:30pm. He will lie in state one half hour prior to the service. There will be NO viewing prior to Sunday. The service will be live streamed on Avery's Memorial Chapel's Facebook page.
