Mr. Gregory “Greg” Ware, 50 of Asheville, slipped away into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

Gregory was born November 1, 1971, in Greenwood, SC to the late Tommy Louis Malachi Ware Sr. and Sarah Alice Gilchrist Ware. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother Christopher Ware.

Surviving are his sons Gregory S. Ware, Damaris D. Ware, and Titus M. Ware all of Wilmington NC, brothers Tommy L. Ware Jr., Curtis L. Gilchrist, and Demaris W. Ware (Sherri), all of Asheville NC, sisters Charlene C. Talbert of Asheville NC, Nancy L. Gilchrist of Plum Branch SC, and Aretha R. Garcia (Alfredo) of Asheville NC, granddaughters Haley and Scarlet of Wilmington NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. 

Mr. Gregory Ware will be laid to rest during a private memorial.

The family is receiving friends and flowers at his mother's home located at 93 Lees Creek Road, Asheville NC 28806.
