Elijah Edward Timmons, III

Elijah Edwards Timmons, III unexpectedly entered into his eternal life on November 24, 2023 at the age of 30 in Hendersonville, NC.

Elijah was born on August 21, 1993 and was always full of life even up until the moment of his death. He enjoyed spending time with his mother and siblings as well as taking frequent fishing trips with his dad, sons, and cousins. Spending time with his stepdad, working on cars and riding his motorcycle were also things he enjoyed. Of course spending time with his nieces and nephews was always a top priority and he was able to hold his namesake, Adore Lyfe Elijah for the first time the evening before his death. Elijah worked at IHOP in Asheville 

Elijah is survived by his mother Patricia Ann King (stepfather Gabe Hogan), father Elijah Edward Timmons, Jr., his brothers Je-Twahn King, Anthony Hudson, and Darius Freeman, his sisters On-Terriea Timmons, Tranace Timmons, Quwyonte Timmons, and Gae’licia Hogan,  Grandparents Terri Whiteside, Perry King, and Mame Wade.
Elijah also left behind four beautiful sons whom he dearly loved, his long standing girlfriend  Tyshala Pea, and one year old son Wy-yiir Timmons, Brittany Williams and sons Siir’ziion(12) and E’Miilliion(10), Shaneka Collins and son Kii’zerriion(6). 

He was preceded in death by his brother  Quwiivonte “Tank” Timmons, his great grandparents Ruth and Frank Whiteside, Great grandmother Lillie Ruth Hill, and grandfather  Elijah Edward Timmons, Sr.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 1:00pm at Nazareth First Baptist Church, 146 Pine Street in Asheville.
