Anthony (Tony) Eugene Rone

Anthony (Tony) Eugene Rone went home to be with the Lord on January 30, 2020. He was born November 14, 1957 to the late Eugene and Mary Lee Henry Rone, in Asheville, NC. Tony was a native of Asheville though he lived in Maryland for several years.

Tony served in the Air Force for 8 years. For 4 years and 11 months he was a Supply Systems Analyst and then became a Fuel Specialist for 3 years and 1 month.

Left to cherish his memories includes his two daughters; Taleisha Rone of Greensboro and Crystal (Michael) Spalding of Jacksonville, NC, brother Walter (Deborah) Allen Rone of Hinesville, Ga., two sisters; Jane Denise Johnson of Hinesville, Ga., Melonee (NeNe) Regina Rone of Asheville.

Tony will be missed by his 7 grandchildren; Kayla and Kadin Spalding, Nitza Rone, Tyler and Jalen Caesar, Anaya Stewart, Anthony Rone and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Services for Mr. Anthony (Tony) Eugene Rone will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Nazareth First Baptist Church located at 146 Pine Street.
