Mrs. Jacquelyn "Jackie" Hudson went to be with our LORD on Tuesday April 23, 2024.   A Funeral Service to honor the life of Jackie will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Nazareth First Missionary Baptist Church (146 Pine St.) at 2pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will be held at Sunset Cemetery immediately following the service. Ms. Revella DeBrew went home to be with our LORD on Saturday April 20, 2024. She was born on November 16, 1944, to the late Preston Blakely, and the late Virginia Blakely. She was a lifelong resident of Asheville where she attended and graduated from Stephens-Lee High School. Earl Holmes went home to be with our LORD on Thursday April 18, 2024.   A Memorial Service to honor the life of Earl will be held on Thursday May 23, 2024, at Nazareth First Missionary Baptist Church (146 Pine St.), at 2pm. Karen Bishop went home to be with our LORD on Saturday April 13, 2024. She will be laid to rest during a private family memorial.

Young Isaiah Adams went home to be with our LORD on Sunday March 31. 2024.   A Funeral Service to honor the life of Isaiah will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at The Refreshing Center / River of Life (826 Haywood Rd) at 3pm. Charles M. "Tank" Jones, Jr., went home to be with our LORD on Tuesday March 26, 2024.   Tank grew up in Asheville and graduated from Asheville High School. He lived a few years in Durham, NC, but spent the majority of his life in Asheville. He was well known by many and known to have a loving heart, a good soul, and would look out for family and close friends. Donnie Dewane Curenton, 44 of Asheville, NC, was a burst of sunshine and a courageous soul. He went to be with our LORD on March 12, 2024, at Mission Hospital. Donnie attended A.C.
